Our farm, Azienda Agricola Bani Gabriele, was founded in 2008. At the age of twenty, Gabriele decided to follow in his father Giuseppe’s footsteps of working the land. Traditional farming is a passion which has been passed down through the family for decades. The niche products are naturally-grown potatoes; heirloom apples, a delicacy of the Casentino valley, where they grow in a healthy and pure environment; and fir trees.
A passion for the land characterises the modus operandi of the entire staff, who we can define as a true "family." The people who work in the company, our trusted collaborators, are united by the same love for farming and are characterised by their professionalism and expertise.
